Symposium 2024

Dear colleagues,

Symposium on Caged Compounds will bring together researchers who develop and use different kinds of photoactivatable systems to present the state-of-the-art and perspectives. It will informally follow up on previous “Caged Compounds” meetings organized by Prof. Manabu Abe in 2018 and 2020.

We hope that a relatively small size of this meeting will allow for interesting and fruitful discussions. The general aim of this meeting is to focus on the connection of basic research in the field of photoactivatable prodrugs with photopharmacological approaches and applications of drug delivery.

We are looking forward to an exciting lineup of speakers from all over the world.

Abstract submission:

Conference fee:

• Registration fee is EUR 300 per participant. The fee covers buffet meals (3x lunch, 3x dinner), refreshment during coffee breaks (6x) and a gala dinner.
